Wallace Creations can develop your site from the ground up or from a template of your choosing. Whether your looking for something quick and easy as with a template or a fresh look to define who you are, we will sharpen and hone your ideas, incorporate them with our knowledge and come up with a site that is aesthically pleasing and user friendly without breaking the bank. We can incorporate your images and logo or search the Internet for suitable images that will help to compliment your site.
Although Wallace Creations cannot guarantee Search Engine Ranking, we will experiment with keywords and phrases that may produce the most positive results. Within the 90 technical support period that is offered after the site has been completed, Wallace Creations will run random searches to check for where you fall within the search pages. We will make every effort to get you the most positive results.
The use of images and templates sometimes require a fee. This is why at least one meeting is recommended to fully grasp the requirements to develop your site. We make every effort to use free based applications and images but when there is a need to purchase an application or image, it is clearly defined in your price quote before a contract is signed.
If an unexpected charge arises, Wallace Creations will absorb such a fee up to a reasonable amount in order to meet the requirements of the customer. If a customer requests additional functionality after a contract is signed and a price-based application is needed, the customer is asked to absorb the cost.
Do you already have site and just need someone to maintain the content or perform upgrades? We can help. No matter how small or large your site, Wallace Creations will make requested changes within a 72 hour period of your request. If for some reason out of our control that we can not complete your request, we will notify you of the issues we are having and provide you with an expectant completion date.
We offer maintenance contracts for companies that have changes on a more frequent basis. Maintenace contracts verses hourly rates can often save valued dollars, if you have a high volume site. Maintenance contracts would be useful for E-commerce and Corporate sites that have a large number of pages to maintain.
